802 Secure AIRSHIELD
AIRSHIELD is a wireless monitoring device that detects cybersecurity threats across IT and IoT systems. It has the unique ability to detect blind spots and utilizes a honeypot feature to lure attackers away from protected areas. Tact worked closely 802 Secure’s founding team and the industrial designers at Branch to strategically identify development risks & opportunities. We helped the startup form a plan to meet their goals while staying within their available resources and budget. In only a few weeks, we helped 802 Secure develop proof-of-concept prototypes with off-the-shelf technologies where possible, and helped them get to market fast. Our team kept the original design intent with an illuminated badge and engineered the device so that it quietly dissipates the heat it generates while keeping the internet safe.
